First Changes & Server Schedule
- Cops: longer respawn, growing with each consecutive death; badges can be bought (selection depends on home district) while fewer drop from loot and salary; patrol cops get pistols only on a fresh server.
- Economy: Tier 1 settlements and land rentals cost documents instead of cash; base businesses pay far more; more cash in dumpsters; shipments sell and dismantle for more but drop less and take longer; some Tier 2 and Tier 3 items cost more.
- Weapons: the basic pistol is cheaper and there are more starter weapon spawns in the city. A free pistol after every death was considered and dropped.
- Items: the Buletti can no longer carry shipments; the Fabergé Egg cracks faster but the glass cutter needs more tablets; the laundering desk holds much more cash; bigger stacks for decoders and gold bars.
- Servers: two regions, EU and East US, with at least one fresh server per day: EU at 5 PM UTC, East US at 8 PM ET.
